In 2014, CSG and its associate Widepoint, completed telecom
expense management contracts with Hoag Presbyterian Hospital and
Greenwood & Hall and also provided gross revenue audit support for the cities of Inglewood and Redondo Beach.
In 2016, CSG completed work on two video services gross revenue audits involving AT&T and Time Warner for the City of Inglewood.
We are currently soliciting utility tax and franchise fee projects
involving municipalities with video user or communications user taxes. Legacy
municipal clients also enjoy access to CSG's franchise fee and
PEG fee revenue audit services involving
AT&T, Verizon, and Time Warner. CSG has performed audits on behalf
of many southern and northern CA public agencies, resulting in the
recovery of millions of dollars of unpaid taxes and fees. In
addition, we provide consulting, procurement and expense management
services for Data, Hosting and Voice Solutions and we can assist in
determining eligibility for e-rate and Universal Service/Connect America
Funds. We also consult clients in mobile device management, telepresence and live
video streaming applications for their enterprises.
